Free Shipping is valid on orders over $100 before shipping and is for only UPS ground shipments.
*The system will not automatically calculate free shipping on your order. The order will be reviewed by our staff to make sure that the order meets the following criteria for the free shipping. If the criteria is met your order will be processed minus shipping fees.
*Free Shipping is valid only within the continental United States and does not include: Alaska, Hawaii, The US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
*Free Shipping is not valid on certain items, such as extra heavy items: No Rinse products, patient scales, bulk ice packs, Mayday emergency food rations, AED cabinets, bulk emergency water, used medical equipment, hoyer lifts, Emergency Oxygen Units and items deemed over sized by Northwest Health and Safety Inc. Northwest Health and Safety Inc will have sole discretion for items which are shipped free. Northwest Health and Safety Inc. reserves the right to discontinue free shipping offer at any time. Items that are accepted to be returned that were shipped free will be credited minus applicable restocking fees plus actual shipping charges previously paid by Northwest Health and Safety Inc.
