The RIGID Formed Sock Aid is made of a plastic material that doesn't "give" in order to hold it's shape while allowing the sock to be pulled onto the foot. Less give or flexing assists in preventing a heavy elastic sock to compress the Sock Aid, therefore, making it easier to get the sock onto one's foot. Braided cord line with foam hand-grips make it much easier to grasp. The rubber self adhesive pad provides a non-slip resistance to the sock. The rigid sock aid features a 39" cord which reduces the need to bend while putting your socks on.
